PICK-UP FAQ
What is the order process like??
Simply click the button above that says “ORDER NOW”. This will bring you to our beer and food store where you can begin building your order. Orders can be placed for immediate pickup, or for preorder with a pickup at a later time.
If you are unable to access the internet or are not comfortable accessing the store from a phone, then give us a call; we will be happy to help get the order placed for you!
Can I order Taco Gato food to go?
Absolutely! The process is the same for ordering beer to-go! Just click that button above and build your order!
Are Gift Cards Accepted?
Yes, finally. Please select the Gift Card option at Checkout and enter the Physical Gift Card number from the back of the card, OR the Digital Gift Card code you received in your email.
What’s the pick-up process like?
Simply park your car downtown (click for parking map), and head to our taproom. Upon entry, a member of our team will direct you to the pickup area where your order is located.
Can someone else pickup for me?
To keep things streamlined and efficient, we ask that only the person who’s name is on the order be the person picking up the beer. This will avoid confusion and keep things moving. If you are unable to pickup your order, please call the taproom to make alternate arrangements. We are happy to accommodate and want to get you beer.
Will you ship it or deliver it to me?
YES! We offer local delivery on food, merch and beer (ID required). Merch is available for shipping to the US.
Are you filling growlers?
YES! While we are packaging almost everything these days, any draft beer not available in cans will be listed in the store as a growler, and offered in both 32oz and 64oz NEW or EXCHANGE formats. A NEW growler fill means that the glass is being purchased along with the beer. Choose this option if you don’t have a growler. Choose the EXCHANGE option if you already have a Medusa growler that you plan on bringing in. We are not “refilling” growlers per se, but swapping them for a vessel that has been cleaned and sanitized in-house to ensure your safety. We cannot accept other brewery growlers for exchange.
Are you selling kegs?
We cannot sell them directly, but our wholesale distributors (Atlantic Beverage Distributors, G&G Beverage, Pine State Beverage and Remarkable Liquids) work with retailers to arrange keg sales. Simply contact your favorite retail package store, and ask if a Medusa keg can be ordered. Most stores will be happy to fulfill this. Our Core 4 brands are regularly available, and we will occasionally add other options to their inventory. For a current keg list, please contact us at SALES@MEDUSABREWING.COM.
Can I buy a keg for a wedding or special event? What about a bunch of beer?
You are welcome to order a keg through a local retailer (see above), and we are happy to help you build an online order of cans and/or growlers for pickup. We do not discount our beer.
